Winter Park Luxury Condos
TSC Capital Partners has submitted its sign plan for an approximately one-acre parcel at 185 Vasquez Rd in Winter Park. A major initiative is underway to see the town of Winter Park connected to the ski resort with a two-mile long gondola and ski-back trail. The Town Council unanimously approved the Cooper Creek Final Development Plan in October with plans for the gondola and further commercial and residential development.
This property is directly across from the proposed gondola site.

Arvada Parkside
This 12-unit 3-BD townhome is in development 1.5 miles from Old Town Arvada. The property backs up to a park with a playground and grass field. The site has easy access to I-70 and I-76 freeways. The property was acquired in an off-market deal for below market rate direct from seller. The site has a strong return profile, with a targeted 27-39% average annual investor return.
